Collaboration Curriculum
Overview:
To help students identify how to work with others as a team in order to reach a common goal, while also learning how to see conflict as one part of the larger process.
Core Traits:
Understand that collaborating with a diverse team, in person or remotely, benefits everyone.
Respect people’s differences while at the same time finding common ground that allows the team to work together toward a shared goal.
Share leadership and responsibilities with team members, offer help when needed, and involve team input to generate new ideas.
Find positive ways to deal with conflict on the team; see setbacks as a way to learn.
